STOREDANDHANDLED.COM: DELIVERY POLICY
How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered?
Stored and Handled standard is to process and despatch an order at the latest, the day after it has been placed. We use overnight delivery as standard for delivery on the NEXT working day. We will however send you an email (if an email address is given) to inform you of when your goods has been despatched and when they will be delivered. We cannot give you an indication of the time of the delivery as drivers' schedules change constantly throughout the day due to traffic and other circumstances beyond their control. We can only offer next day for orders received before 1pm.
Can you deliver at weekends?
Where delivery is needed at a weekend goods can be delivered on a Saturday morning. The cost for this service is £25 additional charge on top of their current delivery charge.
Can you deliver to offshore areas?
Stored and Handled deliveries extend to areas beyond the UK's mainland, including Northern and Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Shetlands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Delivery prices are subject to a surcharge and you will be informed of them at point of purchase. Please see our rates on our website.
Can deliveries be made to a different address from that listed on the invoice?
We can deliver to a separate address. We ask for a landline number to be provided in case we need to confirm the delivery details.
I have some damages with my delivery, what do I do?
If there is damage upon delivery you MUST make a note on the driver's delivery note and contact us so we can send out replacements as appropriate. If the delivery is extensively damaged severely you MUST reject the delivery, contact us and we can send out replacements.
Only part of my order has been delivered
In rare circumstances part of the order may become separated from the main goods. If this has happened please inform us by e mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send out replacements as soon as possible.
